When contacting the ABS Customer Service Center, please have the following information available:
- Application being used
- Company and personal information (such as ABS Worldwide Client Number and Username)
- Information on the operating system and browser being utilized
- Description of the problem, any specific error messages, and when the problem began occurring.

I have access, how do I submit content for ABS review or information?
An ABS project number is required to upload a submission for review or information. To have a project number created please contact the local ABS office. You will need to provide a detailed description of the review to be carried out, billing responsibility details, and your company’s WCN, if known (located in the My Profile area of the ABS MyFreedom™ Portal).

If you already have an ABS project number for the submission, please log in to the MyFreedom Portal at the top of this page and then navigate to Plan Review Overview. To access Engineering Manager, click on the “All Projects” link within the See More tile on the right.
